La Salle High School Strategic Plan 2024

In 2024, La Salle High School will celebrate its 60th graduating class and honor the class of 1964s 60th reunion. This, coupled with our new President + Principal model, makes it a perfect time to embark on a new strategic plan to advance the Brotherhood for the near and distant future.

We are proud of all that our La Salle community has accomplished in recent years.

• 92% of students are involved in at least one activity
• Our student population includes a National Merit Semifinalist, two National Merit Commended Students, and an National African American Recognition Award winner
• We have completed more than 25,000 hours of student community service
• We are home to 10 state champions/60 GCL South titles

We are launching our strategic planning process in partnership with EK Education Partners, a locally-owned and experienced educational organization. We will rely heavily on engaging with our former, current and future Lancers to ensure that everyone is part of our success. We are holding Engagement Sessions with focused groups of community members so that we can learn about your aspirations, challenges, and ideas to help us provide the world-class preparation families have come to expect for their sons here at La Salle.

We are excited about the potential of this process to lead our La Salle community into the future and to remain a premier high school in Cincinnati. Information from your session will be included in feedback shared with school leadership and the Board. Ultimately, your input will help drive the new Strategic Plan that will be released in March.
