Ladies Fitness Program

We are now registering for our Winter Fitness Program!

For the Winter 16-week session, we are offering 3 different course opportunities.

  • Amy Drake will be teaching a Women's Bootcamp Session on Tuesday and Thursday
  • Laura Taphorn will be teaching a Women's Yoga Session on Wedneday
  • NEW! Amy Drake will be teaching a Women's Bootcamp Abdominal Core Session on Friday

Women are encouraged to register for
whatever fits your fitness interest.
All ages and fitness levels welcome!


What: Women’s Boot Camp is designed to get you results. Fat-blasting workouts, accountability, motivation and social support to help you get into great shape, reduce stress, lose weight, increase energy, build confidence and new friendships! No matter what your level of physical fitness or age, we will ensure you burn fat and have fun, without getting injured. The types of exercises and programming will vary, but you can expect circuit training, strength training, cardio, obstacle courses, and much more. Classes are a mix of cardio, strength, power, endurance, stamina and flexibility. This class can be taken with either of the other two Fitness classes or independently.

Cost: Fall 16- week Session is $112 for 32 classes (no classes April 1-8 Spring Break Week)

When: Detailed list of classes are below; Tuesday and Thursday 6:00 - 6:45 AM. All classes are scheduled to be in the De La Salle Multipurpose Room. La Salle and the instructor reserve the right to modify the schedule based upon available facilities and instructor schedule. Instructor is Amy Drake.

What: Women's Yoga is an introduction to a variety of yoga poses individually tailored toward students of all ages, abilities, and fitness levels. In depth instruction on basic poses and sequences, as well as an introduction to breath work and relaxation, included. Proper modifications will be provided to help you safely enjoy yoga and reap the benefits of regular yoga practice, which include stress reduction, flexibility, strength, and an overall feeling of well being.

This class can be taken with either of the other two Fitness classes or independently.

CONTINUING THIS WINTER!

What: Women's Boot Camp Abdominal Core is designed for those that want a boot camp that also concentrates on abdominal core work outs. This workout will be for women of all fitness levels that want to concentrate on their abdominal core through boot camp type of exercises. Whether it is toning your core, slimming the waistline, or strengthening your core muscles, this class is great addition to your fitness routine. This class can be taken with either of the other two Fitness classes or independently.
