On this page you will find the payment form to set up your payments for Cheerleading participation for the 2018-19 year. The payments are set up by the total you owe the Cheerleading program.
To set up the payments, payment amounts were rounded so that the total charged will be full dollar amounts. Payments are set up for 3 equal installment payments starting with the first payment on the date you submit the form. The additional two payments will be charged either on the 1st of the month or 15th of the month based on your selection in the form.
Please fill out the form with your student's name and check the total amount that your family still owes. If you are not sure how much your family owes, please contact Cheerleading Coach Shauna Walsh at email@example.com.
A confirmation email will be sent to the email on the form when the payment has been processed. If you do not receive a confirmation email, your payment did not go through the system.
