The Lancers have completed their football schedule for next year. It is a very challenging schedule that includes eight teams that qualified for their respective playoffs.

Lakota West has just hired a new coach, Tom Bolden, from Colerain and the Lancers will be his first opponent at West. West finished 4-6 last year and are a Division I GMC school.
Mason, another GMC school, is in the second year of a two year contract. Mason was a playoff qualifier and finished 8-2 for the season. One of their two losses came at Lancer Stadium over a two day lightning delayed contest.
Mansfield High School out of Massachusetts visits North Bend Road for the 3rd game of the season. Mansfield was 8-3 last season and qualified for the Mass. State playoffs. They are perennial state contenders in Massachusetts.
Dayton Dunbar will be La Salle's Homecoming game this year. They are a DIII school out of Dayton, OH and finished 5-4 on the season.
The fifth game will be a travel game for the Lancers as they travel to Buffalo, NY to play St. Joseph's Collegiate Institute. St. Joe's is a Lasallian HS that finished 5-5 last year but did qualify for the playoffs in NY. The game will be an early start, 5:00 pm, as their stadium does not have lights.
The second half of the 10 game schedule features the three GCL league games, Moeller, St. Xavier and Elder, all teams that qualified for the DI Ohio state playoffs last year.
Covington Catholic has been added to the 7th week of the schedule. The last time La Salle played Covington Catholic was 2012. They were 14-1 in 2018 and Kentucky State Champs in 2017.
Winton Woods rounds out the schedule. Winton Woods is a DII school that the Lancers last played in the 2017 regional finals. The Warriors were 9-1 regular season last year and qualified for the Ohio State Playoffs.
As mentioned before, the Lancers will battle with eight out of ten teams that qualified for the state football playoffs in their respective states and will compete with schools from the states of Massachusetts, New York, Kentucky as well as Ohio.
