The La Salle High School Sports Ministry program announces the renewal of the Breakfast of Champions speaker's series. The Breakfast of Champions is designed to bring in local legends before school, to discuss the positive influences sports can play. The series is open to all La Salle students and their parents or friends. Donuts, coffee, and water are provided at no fee.

The first date is Wednesday, October 24 at 7:15 am in the gym. The guest speaker will be local sports' legend Bob Crable. Bob played for 3 consecutive state champions at Moeller in the late 70's. Bob played in college at the University of Notre Dame where he was a consensus All-American and is a member of the College Football Hall-of-Fame. He is still the all-time leading tackler in Notre Dame history. Bob was a first round pick for the New York Jets and played there for seven years. Bob has been a successful entrepreneur wrapped around returning to Moeller as head football coach from 2000-2007.
