Robert is currently serving as the Artistic Director for his founded company, Impaired Vision Productions, a theatrical company focused on producing new works and showcasing new artists. He is also currently working at Cincinnati Shakespeare Company as their Master Carpenter. Most recently he worked with Town Hall Theatre in Centerville, Ohio as a Lighting Designer; Indian Hill High School as a Director; Queen City Theater in the Greater Cincinnati area as their Lighting Designer and Technical Director and Tantrum Theatre as a part of their Production Management Team and a Lead Carpenter.

After high school he went on to study at Miami University, where he received his B.A. in Theatre in 2014. While at Miami he directed, designed, and performed in multiple productions. During his college years he also studied in London at The Theatre Academy of London and toured a production through the Czech Republic, giving him more insight into to the impact of theatre throughout the world.
