2015 Summer Camp Registrations Open

Real Estate Seminar
La Salle High School concludes their Educational Seminar Series with a Real Estate Seminar on Tuesday, April 14 at 7:00 pm in the La Salle library.

La Salle's Passion Play
La Salle's Passion Play will be Wednesday, April 1at 7:30 in the gym.  Donations for the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation in memory of Rachel McGrath and Pray, Hope, Believe in memory of Tony Merk will be accepted.

2013-14 Varsity Soccer Team earns Academic Award

The varsity soccer team achieved a cumulative GPA of 3.57 for the 2013 – 2014 academic year.  This GPA was recognized by the National Soccer Coaches Association of America (NSCAA) with the designation of Team Academic Award.

Cheerleading Tryouts
Cheerleading tryouts will be held from March 30th - April 1 2015 in the multi-purpose room located in the De La Salle building from 6-8pm.  All incoming freshman - seniors are eligible.  For more details, contact Shauna Walsh at scyarw@zoomtown.com

La Salle Father and Son Both NCAA Football National Champs

Dr. Bob Burger and his son Joe may well be one of the only father and son combinations in the United States to have both won National Championships. Bob’s Notre Dame team won the title in 1977, and his son Joe’s Ohio State team became the latest national champion with their victory January 12th.

Bumpus '15 earns Honda-OSU Math Medal Award
Matthew Bumpus '15 has been selected to be a recipient of the Honda-OSU Math Medal Award at a special ceremony on Saturday, Nov. 1 at General Electric Aviation's Learning Center in Cincinnati. Matthew is 1 of only 230 high school seniors selected in Ohio.

Scrip gift cards now available!

Scrip Gift Card Program News from Angie Frigge - La Salle Scrip Program has added "on demand" gift card sales. Select gift cards are available for immediate purchase from 9 a.m. - 1 p.m. by students only. The cards can be purchased in Greg Tankersley/Angie Frigge's office which is located on the 2nd floor across the hall from the west office wing (counseling, athletics, etc). "On demand" gift cards include Chipotle, Subway, Pizza Hut, Starbucks, Buffalo Wild Wings, Papa Johns, and Qdoba. If you are interested in purchasing a card, please have your son bring cash or check to their office. This is a great way for a student to get a snack/meal after school and help La Salle at the same time!

Parents, do you still like the pen & paper method of ordering? Paper copies of the Scrip Card ordering form are available in Greg Tankersley/Angie Frigge's office on the 2nd floor. Ask your son to pick up one. If you have any questions, please contact Angie Frigge at

Congratulations to senior Sam Hoesl for being accepted into the Sidney A. Ribeau President's Leadership Academy (PLA) at Bowling Green State University. Sam will join La Salle Alumni and former DLSFI Senior Leaders Kyle Jacob '11, Samuel Fronk '12, Travis Robertson '12, and Matthew Henkes '13 as a PLA Scholar.
