The Varsity Bowling Team came home with a win Tuesday afternoon defeating Lakota West with a total pin score of 2,753 over Lakota’s 2,530. Senior Brandon Merz led the Lancers rolling a 195 & 245 for a 440 series, followed by senior Austin Tebelman with a 188 & 233 for a 421 series and sophomore Matthew Nichols with a 211 & 189 for an even 400 series. On Wednesday, LaSalle was defeated by Mason’s total pin score of 2,688 over LaSalle’s 2,553. Senior Brandon Merz rolled a single high game of 227. JV freshman Joey Shields rolled a high game of 178, followed by sophomore Brett Bellman with a 172. Congratulations Lancers on the Lakota win! |
