We send letters to past donors and new donors requesting donations. Can you help by following up with a visit or a phone call? Short, monthly, evening meetings are also required.
Gift Gather Party Host/Hostess
Invite a group of people from your activity or sport to get together for fun while collecting auction item donations.
Be a Corporate Sponsor or Purchase an Ad in the Auction Catalog
There are a variety of sponsorship opportunities available.
Work the Night of the Auction
Volunteers are needed to help guests with the new BidPal system, sell raffle tickets, and work at silent auction booths. There are a limited number of volunteer positions open to work the night of the auction, so get your name in early!
Many hands are needed to transform our campus into a beautiful, banquet event. There will be two or three meetings to discuss the areas that you will be willing to help decorate. Also, there may be cutting, printing, etc... that can be done from the comfort of your own home.
Setup (February 20 & 21, 2014)
Setting up booths, shelving, tables, chairs, etc.... Decorations are also put up during this time!
Clean-Up (February 23, 2014 - 10:00 AM)
Join us as we take down all of the decorations, tables, chairs, booths, etc... returning our school back to its every day appearance.
An hour or two is needed at various times throughout the year to assist with mailings. This is done during the school day, usually mornings.
Volunteers are needed to organize the items that are donated, working with others who have done this for years. It's your chance to learn from the best.
