Physical Education Philosophy:   The La salle Physical Education department promotes physical activity as a lifelong skill needed to remain physically, socially and mentally fit.


Courses

ACP Personal Fitness (Semester course)

This course is designed for the student who is interested in improving his fitness level. Activities will include flexibility exercises, strength training, agility drills, speed training and cardiovascular conditioning. One-quarter Credit

ACP Advanced Personal Fitness (Semester course)

This course is designed for the student who is interested in improving his athletic and overall fitness level. Activities will include flexibility, strength training - including power lifting, plyometrics, speed training, cardiovascular conditioning and nutrition. One-quarter Credit
